I can't even play the game. The screen is stuck and doesn't tell me how to start the game.

What exactly is the screen stuck on?
All you need to do to start the game is click anywhere, then walk over to the hatch which says start under it.

The controls feel janky and the game feels unfair in some points of the game, but since arcade games are typically like that, that is actually a good thing.
Also, I feel a sense of Hotel Mario, Pacman, and Mappy inspiration from this. I like it. The only reason the rating isn't higher is when you run out of spray and the pests start swarming you, which may force you to restart. Possibly consider adding an elevator that goes from top to bottom floor.

I like what the game has to offer, but I felt like the game was often unresponsive and I had to keep resetting my browser to reset lag. Also, for some reason, the last two levels are permanently locked for some reason despite me completing the requirements. This happened after I refreshed my browser. Now I'm soft locked :I

Just uploaded a patch, please let me know if this softlock still isn't fixed. The levels should be detected as unlocked after one or two level completions.

tbh yea. i agree that it looked even back then very "plane". Wish also the code would not be such mess and i could upgrade the whole gameplay a bit.

One small problem...
You can spam the grind rails for big combo.

Most games on the internet i typically ignore based off their design, and games that I do play online are often good enough for me to spend my time playing it. But not every game I play give me some special and unique vibe to the point I create fan art of it. This is one of the few games on Newgrounds that I can dedicate time to simply because it is not like any other games. Thank you creator for the game and for inspiring me in my pursuit of art and drawings.
